My College Stress First-Aid Kit

It's my second year in college and I deal with the pains school brings me almost every day. Why not blog about it and maybe help some others out along the way?

Back up plans

I wanted to make this post about how everyone should have a plan b for school incase their plan a falls through.

I posted before about how I was applying to The School of Health and Rehab Sciences. Well, unfortunately I did not get accepted. It is disappointing to me, but I wont go on and on about it on here. Who wants to hear a whiner? Plus I've already done enough crying.

When I decided that I wanted to apply to SHRS I asked many questions so I could find out the right information I needed. I also decided that if I did not get, then I would still transfer into Pitt's school of Arts and Sciences. I've been told that I can still take all the classes that I need for Physical Therapy school in any major. This is good that I can still do what I want for my future.

The point of this post is that you should always try to have a back up plan for school. You should still strive to meet your goals, however, if things don't work out the first time, then have a plan b. Don't worry. It may be a minor set back, but you can still follow your career path for the future.

  1. This is a great post. Some people don't believe in the plan b, but I think everyone should have one.

Having more than one plan doesn't mean you have to drop your dreams to have another route in mind.Your backup plan is only a different way in which you achieve the goals your striving for.

It makes you more prepared for when things, so often, do not go as planned.
